Imagine staying in a place that evokes childhood memories for adults while offering an unforgettable experience for children. Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells now provides precisely that with its newly introduced Treehouse Cabins.
Four Treehouse Cabins are already available, with more currently under construction. Nestled near Sundara Inn and Spa, an adult spa owned by the resort, these three-story cabins are the ultimate destination for large groups. Each cabin features five bedrooms, inviting common areas, and a charming kids' room that emulates a treehouse, complete with two bunk beds and a cozy window seat.
The addition of the Treehouse Cabins was announced by Wilderness Resort in March, and they are designed to cater to a variety of travelers. Another four Treehouse Cabins are set to be completed by the end of September, bringing the total to eight.
According to Joe Eck, the Chief Operating Officer of Wilderness Resort, the Treehouse Cabins cater to both adults and children, offering a luxurious experience similar to what Sundara provides exclusively for adults. These expansive 3,910-square-foot units can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Designed with large group travel in mind, these cabins fulfill a growing demand in the market.
During the bustling summer tourism season, the rates for staying in these cabins range from $1,599 to $1,899 per night for 10 guests, with an additional charge of $40 per extra person beyond the initial 10. However, during the quieter winter months, the cabins may be available for as low as $499 per night for a group of 10, especially on weekdays.
Each cabin boasts outdoor decks on the main and upper levels, with the upper deck offering elevated views of Lake Delton from select units. The upper level is home to three of the five bedrooms in each cabin, while the main and lower levels feature communal spaces and an additional bedroom each. The charming "treehouse" kids' room can be found on the main level.
For golf enthusiasts, there is a spacious putting green to enjoy, and a convenient shuttle bus service connects the cabins to other areas of the Wilderness Resort.
